A somewhat intriguing premise, but the way it was presented didn’t sit well with just about everyone. Some on Twitter called the game a mockery of streamers and insensitivity to the consequences of toxic behavior on the internet. Publisher Wales Interactive said the game was made precisely to highlight the problem of harassment of streamers. But, no matter how "empowering" this story was in its initial idea, part of the audience was bothered by the fact that this topic is made into a product for entertainment.

The official announcement of the game has therefore been withdrawn - no more blog posts, and the trailer has been withdrawn from most channels, including the official PlayStation channel.
