See what the guitar adventure of The Artful Escape will look like

The Artful Escape is an extremely atypical adventure of exploring fantasy worlds in the role of guitarist Francis Vendetti.

In video games, music is most often a component of the presentation, and less often the main driver of the action. Rare are games like Brutal Legend and Art’s Dream campaign in Dreams, where everything revolves around music. And one such rare game will be the upcoming The Artful Escape.

It’s a 2D adventure with platformer elements that follow the story of Francis Vendetti, a young guitarist from Colorado. We meet Francis just before his first live performance, in the city where the legendary guitarist Johnson Vendetti, who is Francis' uncle, comes from. The audience has high expectations of Francis, but he has not yet defined his artistic persona but her in search of a club that never appears in the same place.

In that quest, he goes through magical worlds, jumping and playing guitar while everything around him reacts in rhythm. Here's what it looks like:
